Dan Banton brings a lifetime of hands-on experience and problem-solving to the 605 Repair team. A dedicated DIYer from an early age, Dan has built a diverse background across construction, maintenance, landscaping, and property improvement. His experience includes three years in municipal building maintenance and road and bridge operations in Florida, where he developed a strong foundation in infrastructure repair and preventative maintenance. He then spent over a year building barns, pouring concrete, and completing a variety of residential construction projects. Dan also spent three years building spec homes, gaining valuable experience in residential construction from the ground up, followed by a year focused on finish carpentry where he refined the details that make a house feel like home. In addition, Dan dedicated three years to landscaping and site infrastructure projects, giving him a well-rounded understanding of both the structural and curb appeal aspects of property improvement. His broad skill set, attention to detail, and commitment to quality workmanship make him a valuable asset to homeowners, buyers, sellers, and real estate professionals alike.
